Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or the link provided in the email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products and varying state/local regulations:

  • We currently ship only within the United States
  • Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states or jurisdictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be legally fulfilled in certain locations
  • All customers must be 21 years of age or older

If your order cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

5. Signature Requirements

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to verify age and receipt. If a signature is required, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the package. Packages that cannot be delivered due to no one being available to sign may be held at the carrier's local facility for pickup.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Yumz is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the address provided. However, we want to help:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier
  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date if you believe your package was lost or stolen
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
